These Terms and Conditions outline the guidelines for using Souda’s website, products, and services. By accessing our site or purchasing from Souda, whether through our website or directly, you agree to be bound by these terms, along with any policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These terms help us maintain a clear, respectful, and transparent experience for our community. If you have questions, please contact us.
Thank you for being part of Souda.
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use the site.
You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not transmit viruses, malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the site.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will reflect exact color or finish. Due to the use of natural materials and our made-to-order production process, variations in grain, texture, finish, or color may occur. These variations are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any affected order.
You agree to provide accurate, current billing and shipping information when placing an order.
For select orders above $25,000 USD, we may allow a deposit at the time of order, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. All deposits and partial payments are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other carriers as needed. Estimated lead times are listed on individual product pages and are estimates only, not guarantees.
Items marked “Ready to Ship” typically ship within two weeks. Unless otherwise specified, we will ship your order as soon as it is ready, even if earlier than the estimated lead time.
If you require a specific courier, please notify us by replying to your order confirmation email. On rare occasions, we may use a different courier to expedite delivery.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, lead times are estimates only. Souda is not liable for delays or inaccurate lead time estimates.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We may hold completed orders for up to 30 days at no additional cost. After 30 days, storage fees of 3% of the order value per month will apply.
In select cases, expedited production may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability.
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates for some items can be calculated at checkout. Larger items may require a custom shipping quote.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges. These fees are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.
All shipments are insured until delivered to the address listed on the shipping label. Once delivered to that address, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser.
All shipments must be inspected upon receipt.
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within five days of delivery. Retain all original packaging. We may require photographs and the damaged item to be made available to the carrier for inspection.
We are unable to provide replacements if the damaged item and original packaging are not available for claim processing.
All sales are final.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
We may offer product customizations in certain cases. Custom work may require minimum order quantities and is subject to additional lead times and pricing.
Custom orders are final sale.
Souda shall not be liable for any delay, failure to perform, or inability to fulfill any obligation arising from or related to events beyond its reasonable control, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. Such events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, severe weather, epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, strikes, shortages of labor or materials, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, carrier failures, governmental actions or regulations, import or export restrictions, power outages, or interruptions in manufacturing or logistics services.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, Souda’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow for recovery and rescheduling of production. Delivery timelines shall be extended accordingly.
If a force majeure event continues for an extended period and materially impairs Souda’s ability to perform, Souda reserves the right to cancel the affected order without liability, other than refunding any amounts paid for undelivered products.
Nothing in this section shall require Souda to settle labor disputes or procure substitute materials or services at commercially unreasonable terms.
Souda LLC provides a Limited Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase.
During the Warranty Period, Souda will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product or component with a comparable product or component. Shipping, packaging, installation, and removal costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
This warranty applies only to original purchasers who acquire new products directly from Souda or an authorized reseller. Items sold as factory seconds, samples, floor models, or in as-is condition are final sale and not covered under warranty. Proof of purchase is required.
Replacement products or parts assume the remaining warranty period of the original product.
